If you love science and want be entertained at the same time, join us in watching a best of the best selection of FameLab presentations from all over the world that excited our brain and touched our heart. Short, sweet and science-backed pitches will cover topics such as what are smart materials with form memory, how bees can be trained to detect explosives and illicit drugs or how manipulating photosynthesis could help feed the world.

FameLab is a international communications competition, produced by Cheltenham Festivals and organized with the help of the British Council, designed to engage and entertain by breaking down science, technology and engineering concepts into three minute presentations.

Think you can take the challenge? The regional preselection of FameLab 2018 will take place in Timisoara on March 30th, at the Politehnica University of Timisoara (Sala Polivalenta, UPT Library).
