The goal of this global celebration is to welcome in our community new Docker users and help them learn Docker through a series of hands-on labs. Advanced Docker users are invited to get involved on-site and act as mentors. \nCome learn\, mentor\, celebrate\, eat cake\, and take an epic #dockerselfie on Docker Hands-on Labs! \nDocker Birthday #5 Hands-on Labs include: \nDocker 101 for Linux usersDocker 101 for Windows usersKubernetes on Docker for Mac and Docker for WindowsModernizing Traditional Java AppsModernizing Traditional .NET / Windows AppsDeploying Multi-OS applications with Docker EEAttendees should make sure to bring their own laptops to complete the labs. \nNo need to install anything ahead of these events\, we’ll be using Play with Docker (PWD)\, a Docker playground which allows users to run Docker commands in a matter of seconds. It gives the experience of having a free Alpine Linux Virtual Machine in browser\, where you can build and run Docker containers and even create clusters.
