DESCRIPTION:\nHi\, \nAgile Talks wants to bring together people who are passionate about software development and agile methods. \nWe will have two talks of maximum 30 minutes and after that two Open Space slots for around one hours. \nThe event ends with a group retrospective and with some conclusions from the participants. \nAgile Talks is a great opportunity to both learn from other people’s experiences and discuss your own topics during the Open Space. \nFirst Talk: Augustin Cervenca-Lates – “Project Manager vs Product Owner\, a Point Of View” \nDescription: What is each role in theory (short reminder) and how I mixed them to achieve my goals in a project. A retrospect of my early days in Agile and how I would do it better now. \nAugustin: active for almost 20 years in IT business\, worked in a small and a big company\, having different roles like IT specialist\, tester\, developer\, Team Leader\, PO\, Group Leader\, PM\, Agile enthusiast\, CSPO (2011)\, PMP(2014). Current job role: Competence Development Manager and Lean Project Manager in Nokia Romania. \nSecond Talk: Csaba Patkos – “Leader walk the same road” \nDescription: Sometimes the leader is seen as a little god by his team. Other times heshe sees hisher team members as minions. These two ways are far away from what I consider to be an ideal leader. An ideal leader is an integral part of the team. He is the servant of it. A true leader suffers and joys beside his team. Come and let’s talk about this topic \nCsaba is Engineering Team Lead at Syneto.
