Bucharest Stock Exchange, with the support offered by Banat IT, Timisoara Startup Hub and Clinica de Firme Timisoara organizes Thursday, March 12th, starting at 18.30, in the conference spaces of Timisoara City Business Centre an event aiming to introduce to the regional business community the newly launched AeRO. \
AeRO is the new equities market, regulated by BVB, conceived as a friendly and supportive alternative access to early stage finance dedicated to promising startups and SMEs.

Built on the successful model of the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s New Connect Market or London\’s Alternative Investment Markets, AeRO was launched this February 25th and already has two listed companies.

During the Timisoara conference, conceived as an informative and interactive event, the most important aspects related to the AeRO concept, functioning principles, listing process will be presented by experts directly involved in AeRO market concept development and implementation (Marcin Wojcicki and Bogdan Mugescu) and by the first Romanian entrepreneur whose company got listed on the AeRO market (Octavian Badescu, of Delivery Solutions).

The event is addressing mainly entrepreneurs and business persons from the region running startups and SMEs that could become listed companies. Interesting participants from companies in Romania’s neighboring countries are also welcome, as AeRO is fully opened to foreign companies, as well. Prospect entrepreneurs, academics, students and media representatives interested in the field can also participate.

Additionally, the BVB team coming to Timisoara is looking to meet during the days of March 12th and 13th, in a 1-to-1 setting, those local entrepreneurs strongly interested to evaluate the possibility of an AeRO enlisting.

The event talks will be held in Romanian and English. Simultaneous translation will be available for the first 30 interested participants.
