Tuesday, March 5th, starting with 5 PM, AIESEC Timişoara, Banat IT and Timișoara Startup Hub invites local entrepreneurs and CxO level staff from local tech companies in the meeting room of the Startup Hub, in City Business Centre, E Building, Mezzanine, to “Youth-Up! With An International Professional”.
The event is dedicated to showcasing the potential benefits local startups and SMEs active in the tech field can grasp by partnering with Global Talent and Global Entrepreneur, two international internship programs, developed and implemented on a global scale by AIESEC, the well known student organization.
Through the previous editions of the programs, local companies succeeded to attract, select and involve students or recent graduates of various foreign universities. The AIESEC interns proved to be extremely motivated, highly autonomous and equipped with remarkable attitudes and professional competences that contributed to host businesses development through improvement of internal processes, products/services development and accessibility increase or significant market extension.
The event agenda will include:
– presentation of the two programs,
– the general framework for companies’ participation
– the legal and fiscal framework for setting up the internships
– presentations of concrete experiences and success stories of companies and interns involved in the program
The companies to showcase the result and lessons learned through their participation to the Global Talent and Global Entrepreneur Programs are 123contactform (Denisa Chirila), Accenture (Carmen Ghenghea), Safefleet (Claudiu Suma).
Looking forward to welcome you and jointly find out how you can improve your business with the young professionals brought to Timisoara via these programs!
